Can you believe that 2007 is fast coming to an end?  How has your year been?  Was 2007 everything you hoped for?

Unfortunately, 2007 has been a very challenging year for most agents. Too much bad publicity! Too many lawsuits! People becoming much more skeptical! Additional compliance restrictions! More infighting between the brokerage side and insurance side of the industry! Unanswered questions about the regulation and jurisdiction of the equity indexed products! Companies tightening their financial underwriting and advertising rules! More competition in the affluent markets! Tax law changes! All of these challenges and more are making it harder and harder for agents and advisors to succeed.

It’s been a year of challenges for us also.
