What information is gathered/tracked?

The Insurance Pro Shop gathers the following information:

• Data from customers purchasing products;
• Data from visitors downloading or receiving free information products;
• Data from visitors subscribing to our newsletters; and
• Aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our site.

The Insurance Pro Shop gathers information in the following processes:

When making a purchase of products customers are required to provide: name, company name (optional), billing address, physical address, email address, and credit card information. This information is collected from a secure online order form and is used to verify payment prior to delivery of the purchased information product. The IP address of the customer is also collected at the time of completing the order form.

Where the Insurance Pro Shop is a reseller or affiliate of another company's products or services, the visitor is taken to that company's web site with a link. If they purchase a product or service from that company, the Insurance Pro Shop may receive details of the customer other than credit card information.

When visitors download or receive free information products from the Insurance Pro Shop web site, the email address and other information provided by the visitor are stored.

The Insurance Pro Shop offers a free newsletter, and information articles to site visitors and customers. The Insurance Pro Shop gathers the email addresses of site visitors and customers who voluntarily subscribe. Subscribers may remove themselves from this list by following the instructions contained in every newsletter.

The Insurance Pro Shop tracks customer traffic throughout our site. We do not correlate this information with data about individual customers. The Insurance Pro Shop does break down overall usage statistics according to a customer's domain name and browser type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every customer's browser).

How is the information used?

The credit card information of the customer collected during purchase of products is used to verify payment before product delivery. This information is sent via a private secure network to a third party credit card processor to confirm the legitimacy of the customer and to get approval from the customer's credit card issuing bank.

The email addresses of subscribers to the Insurance Pro Shop are used to maintain the distribution of this service.

The email addresses of visitors downloading free information products are used from time to time by the Insurance Pro Shop to promote its own products.

The web site tracking information enables us to better tailor our content to customers' needs and to help us understand the demographics of our audience and measure the results of our marketing activities.

Who is the information shared with?

No information collected during a transaction is shared with any other party other than customer information during credit card transaction validation as described above.

How is the information stored?

The Insurance Pro Shop does store all customer and visitor information securely in encrypted databases for the sole use of the Insurance Pro Shop and its infrastructure service providers.

Password and product access information

Username, user ID, subscriber code or password and download locations which you have received from the Insurance Pro Shop and all information accessible to you through a password-protected area is to be treated by you as private and confidential. You will not permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.

Guarantee policy

Since we opened our business in 2000, our primary goal has been to satisfy the needs of our customers.  So use our products and call us for coaching... and then if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 to 90 days of the purchase date (depending on the product) and we will refund you 100% of the product purchase price, excluding shipping & handling.  How can we make this incredible guarantee? Because we KNOW you will be satisfied with our product.  And UNLIKE our competitors, we NEVER charge a restocking fee, or make you jump through hoops!

Return policy

If you're not absolutely satisfied with the products you purchase from the Insurance Pro Shop, send them back to us within 30 - 90 days of the purchase date, (depending on product) for a full refund.  We will refund your original credit card bill within 3 to 5 weeks! (Sorry, No Refund On Shipping) 

Please write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice you received with your shipment, as well as your name, address and email address. (We do need your invoice #).

Note: We are members in 'Good Standing' of the major consumer protection agencies -  the Better Internet Bureau and the Better Business Bureau of Metro Atlanta. And, have a documented history of honoring all of our promises and guarantees!
